-Description-

Silicone oil is manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of average kinematic viscosities.
It is highly soluble in organic solvents such as aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, and the halocarbon propellants used in aerosols. The fluid is easily emulsified in water with standard emulsifiers and normal emulsification techniques. But it is insoluble in water and many organic products.
The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are between 100 and 30,000cst.
To obtain optimum results, in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss, it is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid. (e.g. 3parts 100cst and 1 part 12,500cst). The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant
to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

Because it have special and excellent physical and chemical function, it can be used in many different industries:

1. Cosmetic industry for skin care cream, bath gel, shampoo and other cosmetic formulations with excellent softness and silky feel.
2. Rubber, plastic, latex, polyurethane, light industry: as a model release agent, brightener agent and release agent of some rubber, plastic, latex , polyurethane products and handicraft production.
3. Machinery, automotive, instrumentation, electronics and other industries used as high-grade lubricants, liquid springs, cutting fluids, buffers oil, transformer oil, high temperature brake fluid, brake fluid, instrumentation damping oil, mold release agents and other modeling framework.
4. Textile, apparel industry as a softener, water repellent, feel modifiers, sewing thread lubrication, chemical fiber spinneret pressure lubrication and clothing lining additives.
5. Add it to other additives in leather and leather chemicals industry, it can be used as softeners, water repellent, feel agents, defoamers, brighteners.
6. Pharmaceutical, food, chemical, paint , building materials industry as defoamers, lubricants, and other weather-resistant paint.
7. Other specific purposes and other new materials.

1. Easily dissolved in water, excellent property of emulsification, penetrability and humectation.
2. Used as abstergent, degreasing agent, refining agent, emulgator in textile industry and leather processing industry.
3. Have special emulsify effect to amido silicone oil and dimethyl silicone oil, improve efficacy after use.
4. Used as metal processing additive, multifunctional cleaning agent, decontaminate synergist, household cleaning agent and leaning agent for vehicle, public facility.
